Find the text to voice converter. Playback the voice frequently and select one of the voices and listen to the resulting mp3 file. Convert text to speech in a high-quality voice in English. Using the script to produce the desired pronunciation of the text. Download the mp3 file and import the audio into Adobe Premiere Pro. Export the video using the maximum render quality. After finish render the sequence, sent it to the supervisor company and directors to get their feedback.
